Next September, It's Our Turn in the Caribbean!
Our best friends went cruising, and naturally we got to see all of their pictures and videos of the Caribbean. -So we decided to go for ourselves by way of the Carnival Cruises Conquest! We reserved a spa stateroom with a balcony after gathering all the information we could locate about the Carnival Conquest’s cabins. Our stateroom is perfectly located, and will have a great ocean view. I’m already dreaming about room service on those days when my husband and I just want to kick back. We’ll have so much to do onboard the Conquest. There’s the Waterworks and pools, the City Sports Park, the casino, the shops, the main lounge theatrical shows, the clubs, and so much more. We’ll have reservations for the Carnival Conquest’s amazing gourmet cuisine at the steakhouse, but there’s plenty of great entrees in the Conquest’s main dining room, and casual fare in the Lido restaurant. I am definitely off my diet until we get back. Oh, we’re taking pictures, too… Next October on the Carnival Conquest will be our special time in the Caribbean!
How Do We Treat Cabin Fever? Reserve One!
I am sick and tired of being cooped up in the confines of our little dream
cottage! If you happen to live in a part of the world where snow storms in October are no surprise, then maybe you know what I mean. That’s why we’ve booked a cruise on the Carnival Triumph. We’ll leave from Galveston, and explore the Western Caribbean on this incredible ship. True to her reputation, the Carnival Triumph journey will be as much fun as those ports in Cozumel and Yucatan. We’ll check out the casino, watch a Seaside Theater movie, dance, and for sure catch a main lounge show. I like the fact that there’s just so much to do! And there will be some days when all I’ll want is a cool drink by the pool for an afternoon repast. Dining on the Carnival Triumph is also our choice, from main dining room feasts to casual meals in the Lido restaurant. -Love the room service option in our cabin when we want to sleep in, too! Oh yea… Next October’s the time for our breath of fresh air on the Carnival Triumph!

We're Heading Out in June Before Anybody Gets Here!
Ok… It’s selfish, but when you live in a postcard picturesque mountain town, you’d be surprised how many people show up at your door during vacation season! -So, before all of those blissful friendly reunions begin, my family’s off to the Caribbean this June on the Carnival Conquest! We took a look at the Conquest’s Activities Guide, and discovered there was plenty to do for every member of our little brood. The kids and teens have their hang-outs, with age appropriate activities, so it’s going to be possible for my husband and I to have some worry free time to ourselves! I am SO ready for a spa massage! Then there are shows we’ll see in the main lounge, the piano bar, karaoke (I’ll do that, but he won’t), dancing, and more! We’ll have reservations for the Carnival Conquest’s amazing gourmet cuisine at the steakhouse, plenty of great entrees in the main dining room, and casual fare in the Lido restaurant. Oh, room service will definitely happen. And the ports? We’ll visit Jamaica, the Cayman Islands, and Cozumel! By the time we’re ready to head home after such an awesome cruise on the Carnival Conquest, we’ll be ready for our tourists!
Do They Really Celebrate Sunsets in Key West?
They sure do! You will, too, on a Carnival Conquest Caribbean cruise to ports of call including Key West as well as Nassau and the Bahamas! You’ll
also have as much fun as you’d like throughout your journey! There are age appropriate activities for children and teens in their own centers, and grown ups have a great time, too! Dancing, singing along in the piano bar, checking out all the other clubs for good times, and so much more! Dine on delicious multiple courses in the Conquest’s main dining rooms, or head for the Lido restaurant for casuals meals and snacks… Kick back in your cabin for room service, but definitely plan at least one evening for gourmet cuisine in The Point’s elegant surroundings. This June, I'm Out of the Rat Race and Off to the Caribbean… My Way!
That’s right! For five glorious days, I’ll be touring the Caribbean on the
Carnival Ecstasy, and visiting exciting ports of call like Yucatan and Cozumel. I’ll be as active or as lazy as I desire… after all, it’s my vacation! Taking it easy poolside with my favorite drink comes to mind first, but I will check out the Carnival Waterworks because I am a kid at heart. Then there will be those fantabulous spa massages, and time to just hang out with other grown-ups at the adults only Serenity Retreat. (I understand kids and teens have their own entertaining centers with age appropriate activities.) I’ll see awesome theatrical performances in the main lounge, try the slots in the casino, and most definitely go clubbing where I full well intend to sing karaoke and dance my heart out. And the dining options! The Carnival Ecstasy has great entrees in the main dining room, and casual meals and snacks in the Lido restaurant. Oh, and room service for breakfast in bed if I want… That’s what I like best about this June on the Carnival Ecstasy… the choices are up to me!

After Talking About It for Years, We Finally Took the Big Step!
We tend to talk an idea into the ground too much, weighing the pros and
cons on all our vacation ideas. But this year, we did it! We booked a Caribbean cruise from Galveston on the Carnival Conquest. It has a casino, a disco, lots of clubs, and so much more. Getting to Jamaica and the Cayman Islands really will be wonderful, but just part of the fun for us! I know my husband’s going to check out that mini golf course and he knows I’ll be at the spa for a great massage. There’s age appropriate activities and centers for children and teens, but for our first cruise, we decided not to take the grandkids… There’ll be time for THAT conversation after our March cruise on the Carnival Conquest!
