On Our Way in May, Onboard the Carnival Paradise!

It’s one of those dream vacations we’ve been planning for longer than I careCarnival Paradise to mention. We looked up the Carnival Paradise’s Activity Guide before booking, and -frankly- we were amazed at just how much there is to do for each one of us, regardless of age. Our children and teen have age appropriate activities in their centers, and we have our own hide-away at the Serenity Retreat. There are fantastic shows to see in the main lounge, a casino, piano bar, a disco, and much more! Dining on the Carnival Paradise is going to be sheer pleasure! Elegant main dining room entrees, casual meals and snacks in the Lido restaurant, a sushi bar, pizza 24-7, and always room service when we just want to chill in our cabin. Baha from LA on the Carnival Paradise sounds so heavenly! I’m glad we’re finally ready to cruise!

This February, We Said Paradise

“After all these years, how do you do it? How do you stay in love?” MyCarnival Paradise husband and I get that a lot because, after seven kids and 25 years of marriage, we really do love each other. So this year, we told them we’re celebrating by going to Baha from Los Angeles on the Carnival Paradise. They do have age appropriate entertainment for children and teens, and an adults only get away for us called the Serenity Retreat. I know we’ll catch a show in the main lounge, and sing and dance, maybe hold hands over a chat in one of the clubs. A visit or two to the spa for relaxing massages is on our agenda, as well. The food on the Carnival Paradise is quite good, and our options range from fancy multiple course meals in the main dining rooms to casual entrees in the Lido restaurant. I know I’ll hit the sushi bar, too! So, when people ask us how we do it, the answer’s pretty simple. We take time for each other, and this year that means a cruise on the Carnival Paradise.

Baha, No Humbug! I'm On My Way On the Carnival Paradise!

This January, we are actually going to do it! We’re cruising to Baha on the Carnival ParadiseCarnival Paradise, and I couldn’t be more thrilled! What I like best about Carnival is the whole “your time” thing which applies to just about everything you can imagine. The kids and my teen are looking forward to their own age appropriate fun in their centers, and their dad and I are just as excited to have some worry free grown up time in the adults only Serenity Retreat. Naturally I have some reserves set aside for shopping, and I KNOW that’s going to be a lot more fun than those busy after holiday sales in the mall! We’ll sing, dance, catch a show in the main lounge, do some gambling in the casino, and one of us (I’m not naming names) will surely indulge in a spa class massage. The food! No way am I going to worry about my New Year’s resolution to drop some pounds until I’m back home, what with the feasts in the main dining room of the Paradise, the snacks and casual meals in the Lido restaurant, the sushi, and (bless ‘em) room service! I am SO ready to head from Los Angeles to Baja on the Carnival Paradise!
